Welcome to LayoverGuard. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.layoverguard.com and any related LayoverGuard pages, quote tools, previews, waitlist forms, or services we make available.

By using LayoverGuard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use LayoverGuard.

LayoverGuard is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

What LayoverGuard does

LayoverGuard provides quote, preview, and waitlist functionality for a possible fixed-payout fallback product for separate-ticket flight connections.

Based on flight details you enter, LayoverGuard may show information such as:

• whether an itinerary is eligible for a preview;
• a possible price;
• a possible fixed payout amount;
• a delay threshold;
• payout trigger time;
• connection type, baggage mode, route, or airport details; and
• other information used to explain how a preview was calculated.

LayoverGuard is currently an early-stage product. Some features may be experimental, incomplete, unavailable, or changed over time.

Guides and website content

LayoverGuard may publish guides, articles, explanations, or other website content. This content is provided for general informational purposes only and may not reflect the latest airline, airport, legal, or operational changes.

Guides and website content are not travel, legal, insurance, or financial advice, and they do not create a guarantee, contract, right to payment, or product eligibility.

Preview results are not final purchase terms

Unless and until LayoverGuard provides a completed purchase flow and you successfully complete that purchase, any quote, preview, price, payout amount, delay threshold, payout trigger time, eligibility result, or related information shown on the website is for informational and product-preview purposes only.

A preview does not create:

• a contract;
• a right to payment;
• a guarantee that a future purchase will be available;
• a guarantee that the same price or payout will be offered later;
• a guarantee that your itinerary will remain eligible; or
• a guarantee that any flight connection will or will not work.

Eligibility, pricing, thresholds, payout amounts, and availability may change based on timing, flight data, route details, operational changes, product rules, or other factors.

No payment product is currently sold

LayoverGuard currently provides quote, preview, and waitlist functionality. We do not currently process payments or sell a completed fallback product through the website.

If LayoverGuard later offers purchases, those purchases will be governed by updated terms, product-specific rules, and any disclosures shown at the time of purchase.

Flight data and third-party information

LayoverGuard may use flight schedules, airport information, airline information, and other data from third-party providers.

We do not guarantee that third-party data is accurate, complete, current, or available at all times.

Flight schedules, terminals, gates, delays, airport conditions, immigration procedures, security lines, airline operations, and other travel conditions can change.

User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when using LayoverGuard.

You are responsible for reviewing the details you enter, including flight numbers, travel dates, baggage mode, and itinerary information.

You are also responsible for your own travel decisions, including whether to book, change, or cancel any flight.

Not insurance

LayoverGuard is not currently selling insurance through the website.

Any quote or preview shown on LayoverGuard is not an insurance policy, travel insurance coverage, or a guarantee of compensation.

If LayoverGuard later offers a paid fallback product, we will update these Terms and provide additional product-specific terms and disclosures.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse LayoverGuard.

You may not:

• use LayoverGuard for unlawful purposes;
• interfere with or disrupt the website;
• attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access;
• scrape, crawl, or copy the service in a way that could harm or overload it;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the service;
